We are looking for someone who is handy and practically inclined, preferably with previous experience in similar work. We value your personal qualities and that you are willing to work with a good ability to see the overall picture of your work. The tasks vary, and we would like you to be flexible and self-sufficient with a good ability to prioritize your tasks correctly. You need to be able to collaborate well with our 14 other employees by being attentive, curious, and unpretentious. A forklift license is an advantage for the position, but not a requirement.

Facilette AB is a family-owned textile company in its fourth generation with a long tradition of creating tailored solutions where the customer's needs are always at the center. Since 1964, we have had our manufacturing in Lidköping and work with warp knitting, quilting, and sewing.

About the role

Working as a production employee and knitting technician at Facilette means a varied and diverse job. The tasks include everything from machine operator work, machine maintenance, crane and forklift driving to setting up new materials, monitoring, and quality control. To ensure that you feel secure in all tasks, a six-month training period begins from your first working day with us. The work is scheduled during daytime from Monday to Friday, 06:45-16:05. You need to be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have basic English skills. It is also a requirement that you hold a B driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machines to ensure smooth production.
• Perform maintenance, adjustments, and troubleshooting.
• Replace and set tools and components as needed.
• Ensure that production meets quality requirements and procedures.
• Maintenance and cleaning.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys both repairing and maintaining machines but also has a keen eye for the small details.
• Has experience working with machines, preferably in industrial production.
• Likes to find solutions, is curious, and meticulous.

Employment form

6 months probationary employment, followed by the possibility of permanent employment. Full-time. Facilette has a collective agreement with IF Metall.
